1. Services Provided

Jamison Roe, LMT offers professional massage therapy services focused on wellness, recovery, and stress reduction. Services are strictly therapeutic. Inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and no diagnosis or treatment of illness or injury is provided. Please consult your doctor for medical conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 or have parental/guardian consent.

• You will disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries that may impact treatment.

• You understand the benefits and limitations of massage therapy.

Clients must complete an intake form prior to their first session and update it if health conditions change.

3. Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance, either online or by phone.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

• If you are late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.

• Payments for services, packages, or gift cards are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If Jamison needs to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Conduct & Boundaries

To ensure a safe and respectful environment:

• Clients are expected to behave professionally at all times.

• Any inappropriate, sexual, or aggressive behavior will result in permanent termination of services.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

5. Gift Certificates, Packages & Memberships

• Gift certificates and prepaid packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

• They are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with written consent.

• Expired gift cards may be honored at the discretion of the therapist.

6. Digital Products & Online Content

From time to time, Jamison Roe Massage may offer downloadable courses, guides, or digital programs.

By purchasing digital content, you agree:

• All content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

• Access to digital programs may be time-limited or require a secure login.

• We do not guarantee specific results from using digital materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Jamison Roe, LMT is not liable for:

• Any injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions that may result from your session.

• Misuse of services, products, or digital content.

• Website downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions (such as scheduling software or payment processors).

Use of this site and services is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
